A Poem for Mental Health Awareness Week
Mental health will affect 1 in 4 of us,
So raising awareness is a must.
Nobody should feel they have to suffer alone,
There is plenty of help at the end of the phone.
Whether you have anxiety, feel lonely or stressed,
If you feel angry, have body issues or feel depressed,
Pick up that phone and take the first step,
Dial the number and speak to a mental health rep.
